We do not use your photographs for advertising, training of any automated system, or any purpose other than assessing your application. We do not publish them anywhere.
Applications are accepted only from people aged 18 or over. If we learn that an applicant is under 18, the application and all uploaded files are deleted immediately and permanently.
Applications and photographs are stored for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, then deleted automatically. If we sign you, a separate agreement will govern data kept during our working relationship.
Only the NOIR scouting team. Files are stored in a non-public location on our server and are never listed, indexed or accessible by direct link. Our hosting provider, [HOSTING PROVIDER], acts as processor under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
