These terms govern use of this website and the submission of an application through the open call form. The site is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].
You must be 18 years of age or older. By submitting an application you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that the photographs are of you and were taken by you or with the photographer's permission.
Applying is free. NOIR never asks applicants to pay for representation, castings, test shoots, portfolio production or placement on any list. If anyone claiming to represent NOIR asks you for payment, report it to hello@noirmodels.agency.
Every application is reviewed by a scout. We aim to respond within 14 days. Submitting an application does not create any contractual relationship or obligation for NOIR to offer representation.
You keep all rights to the photographs you upload. You grant NOIR permission to store and view them internally for the sole purpose of assessing your application, for a maximum of 24 months. NOIR will not publish, distribute, license or commercially exploit them. See the privacy policy.
Text, images and design on this site belong to NOIR or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Portfolio images of represented talent are shown with their consent.
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
